Due to the nature of our products—especially digital download items and license keys—refunds are subject to strict verification.
Once a product or key is delivered, it may not be returnable unless specific conditions are met.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital products include:

2.1 Non-Refundable Digital Items

No refunds will be provided if:

  • The license key was already delivered via email or shown in the user dashboard

  • The product was successfully activated

  • The user purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • The product does not meet a user’s personal expectations

  • The user’s device or system is incompatible

  • The user refuses troubleshooting or verification steps

All delivered keys are FINAL and non-refundable.

2.2 Refunds Are Possible ONLY If:

You may return a physical item within 7 days ONLY IF:

5. Service-Based Refunds (IT Consulting & Digital Services)

Refunds for services (NIC 70200 & 62099) apply ONLY IF:

  • No service work has started

  • No consultation session has been delivered

  • No report, installation, or setup has been provided

Non-refundable services:

  • Completed consultations

  • Setup & installation services

  • Custom solution development

  • Cloud or subscription activation on your behalf

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Digital Products

Orders for digital items cannot be cancelled once:

  • The key is generated

  • The download is accessible

  • The product is delivered

6.2 Physical Products

Orders may be cancelled before shipping only.

7. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase

8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • Multiple refunds are requested repeatedly

  • The user attempts unauthorized chargebacks
