Software License Terms

These License Terms (“Agreement”) govern the use of digital products, software, license keys, activation codes, and downloadable items purchased from:

(“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

By purchasing, downloading, or activating any digital product, you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of Products

Our digital products may include:

  • Software license keys

  • Activation codes

  • Downloadable files

  • Digital subscriptions

  • Game activation keys

  • Cloud-based software access

Each key is unique and tied to one-time use (unless stated otherwise).

2. License Grant

Upon valid purchase and payment, you are granted a:

✔ Non-exclusive
✔ Non-transferable
✔ Non-refundable
✔ Personal-use-only

license to use the purchased software or key for its intended purpose.

You are NOT granted ownership of the software.
You are receiving only the right to activate and use it.

3. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

❌ Share, sell, or distribute license keys
❌ Activate the same key on unauthorized devices
❌ Reverse-engineer, modify, or crack the software
❌ Claim ownership of the software
❌ Use the software for illegal purposes
❌ Attempt fraud, unauthorized access, or re-activation

Any violation may result in:

  • License termination

  • Account suspension

  • Legal action

  • Blacklisting of device IDs

4. One-Time Activation Policy

Unless specified:

  • Digital keys can be activated only once

  • Re-activation on a new device may NOT be supported

  • Format/reset of device may require a new key

This depends on the software provider’s rules, not CLOUDVISTA INFOTECH.

5. Delivery of License Keys

Keys are delivered:

  • Instantly in your dashboard

  • Via email

  • Through secure digital delivery

Once delivered, the key is considered used, even if not activated.

6. Validity of License Keys

License validity depends on the product type:

▸ Lifetime License

Valid for the lifetime of the software (not your device).

▸ Subscription License

Valid for the duration mentioned (1 month / 1 year / etc.).

▸ OEM / Retail Keys

Validity and activation rules depend on the provider.

We strictly follow the product description provided during purchase.

7. No Refund After License Delivery

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once:

  • The key is shown or emailed

  • The downloadable product is accessible

  • The activation process has started

Exceptions (rare):

  • Key is invalid

  • Key cannot be activated after full technical verification

  • Duplicate purchase

All refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Technical Support

We may provide:

  • Basic installation support

  • Activation help

  • Product usage guidance

We are not responsible for:

  • System incompatibilities

  • Hardware issues

  • Pre-existing device errors

  • Conflicts with third-party apps

  • ISP or network problems

9. Third-Party Software Compliance

Software delivered may belong to third-party brands such as:

  • Microsoft

  • Adobe

  • Antivirus companies

  • Gaming platforms

You must follow their official EULA (End User License Agreement) in addition to our terms.

We do not modify or alter third-party software.

10. License Termination

Your license will be terminated if:

  • You misuse or share the key

  • You violate any conditions here

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Chargeback is initiated without valid reason

Terminated licenses are not reinstated.

11. Limitation of Liability

CLOUDVISTA INFOTECH is not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Hardware damage

  • Software conflicts

  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities

  • Customer-driven activation failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Updates & Upgrades

Updates depend on the software provider:

  • We do not guarantee future updates

  • We do not provide version upgrades unless mentioned

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
